Ramon I was fortunate to witness all three of mine I can attest to the importance because watching my first get delivered by C-Section I was trouble and upset mind you I was 18 so my confidence wasn't as strong as I grew to before my other two. A steamy bath could have a couple of health benefits similar to those produced by exercise, according to a recent study. Research published in the journal Temperature found that an hour-long soak in hot water produced similar anti-inflammatory and blood sugar responses as 60 minutes of moderate physical activity.

Add two cups of Epsom salt and 1 cup baking soda, to a warm water bath to ease general muscle pain and fade bruises. Add a few drops of essential oil for aromatherapy. Soak in an Epsom salt bath water solution for 12 minutes. Rinse off in the shower or clean bath water after your soak. Excellent for beginners to qui jong. This exercise improves the functions of the organs, vs. Building muscles for the physique. Muscles look good, but doesnt necessarily mean signs of oversll health. Slow and easy is the way.
