Rudramudra for weight loss.
Sit in upright position, concentrate on your breath to relax. Place your hands on your thighs as shown here with palms facing upward. Touch the tip of your thumb to your index finger and ring finger. This mudra is to be performed in a sitting position. Clasp the fingers of both hands together, while keeping the left thumb straight and erect as shown here. Keep the left thumb erect the entire time. Hold the mudra in front of your abdomen. ( you are bringing all five elements together with the Fire element (thumb) ruling them all.
